Facilitator-led presentations using Google Slides, Rise360, and Google Meet or Zoom.

Performed LMS Administration, uploading content and assigning coursework to learners.
Created Learning Library websites and curated content for each of the teams supported.
Maintained an index of content including a scheduled lifecycle review for updates or archiving needed.

Utilized technical writing skills to create procedural and informational Salesforce Knowledge articles.
Published Knowledge articles for operations technical care & customer support team's use.
